The agenda for the weekend is as follows:
Saturday 6 September – The Ship Hotel, Weybridge, KT13 8BQ
- 3pm – 5pm – Club AGM: Update on the current status of the Club, recent progress, questions from Members, voting on various personnel and admin matters.
- 7 – 11pm – Private 3-course dinner, followed by DJ.
Sunday 7 September – Brooklands Museum, Weybridge, KT13 0SL
- 9am – Convoy to the show (10 minutes – I promise I won’t lead, so we won’t get lost!).
- 10am – 5pm – Club stand at Japanese Day show, with museum entry.
Prices are as follow:
- Attending AGM only – Free of charge, but please email to register so we know numbers.
- Attending AGM & dinner (but not staying over) – £35 per person.
- Attending AGM, dinner, bed & breakfast, single occupancy – £150 per room.
- Attending AGM, dinner, bed & breakfast, double or twin occupancy – £200 per room.
- Attending Japanese Day show on Sunday – £20 per person.
£25 per person payable on booking, with balance due by 31 August.
